KidSPOT is a child first facility. We are dedicated to enriching the lives and fulfilling the needs of the children we serve in order to enrich the quality of life for the entire family.
Family involvement is a valued part of our therapy practice. We solicit input from family members in order to facilitate success and to help develop meaningful goals. KidSPOT is an organization of highly skilled pediatric physical, occupational, and speech therapy professionals dedicated to improving the functional abilities of all children. We utilize play to carry out our interventions. We strive to help children reach a level of health and wellness appropriate for their age. It is our commitment to help your child reach his/her unique potential in all skill areas. |

KidSPOT FAQs
Does KidSPOT accept insurance?
Yes! KidSPOT accepts Kaiser, Tricare and Health First Colorado (Medicaid). As part of the intake process, KidSPOT will help verify your insurance and explain likely benefits. If you have any other coverage we will provide a superbill for all services so you are able to submit for out of network reimbursement.
Does KidSPOT provide home visits?
KidSPOT therapists provide home based visits for clients enrolled in early intervention.
Can KidSPOT help me determine which services my child needs?
Absolutely! KidSPOT offers a peace of mind appointment aimed at helping families select most relevant therapy.

Are parents allowed to sit in on therapy sessions?
Yes, families are welcome. Your therapist will help establish the therapy routine that is most appropriate for your child and family.
My child has his/her first appointment today. What do I need to bring with me?
Please make sure to have any relevant evaluations or records, along with your insurance information.
I was expecting a reception desk to greet me. How do I let my therapist know that I am here?
At KidSPOT we value the relationship between the family and the therapist! Your child’s therapist will meet you in the waiting area.
How long are therapy sessions?
Most sessions are scheduled to be 45-60min. Therapists reserve the end of each session to provide feedback and strategies to families.
What happens if my child has a meltdown during a session?
All therapists at KidSPOT are highly qualified to help children work through difficult activities. We rely on families to share helpful strategies as well.
What happens if I need to cancel a session?
KidSPOT values consistency for the highest therapeutic impact. Once you are aware you can not make a scheduled session, please let us know right away. We ask that all absences are communicated at least 24 hours in advance. A $20 per session fee will be charged if this requirement is not met.
