Partners in Play
Partners in Play is a social skills groups for toddlers and young children working on play and language skills. Children are matched in groups of 2-3 children with similar play and language abilities. Partner and play groups focus on playing next to a peer (parallel play), staying in a group, or working toward a common goal in play. These groups run 2-3 times a year. We require parents/caregivers to participate in group activities. It is our goal to educate the child's guardian on ways to support and build play skills at home.
KidsCHAT
KidsCHAT is a social group aimed at supporting children who wish to have more ease starting and sustaining conversations with their peers. Children who need cues and supports to help them with social interactions with their peers would benefit from this group format and supportive clinician leading the way. Groups are hosted by our skilled speech-language pathologists. Children are matched with other children with similar social language goals.
